One click opens the project in Unity or Godot as a pre-wired starter game with player, chunk streaming, world map, minimap, zone flags, and POI markers. The world generator ships inside the project as readable source code, so each of your players can roll their own infinite procedural worlds at runtime, deterministic from a seed.

About the developer

Jean, better known as Inidar online, quit his day job to build a top-down survival exploration game full-time. Has shipped mods and developer tools across Inidar Academy (home of Pokemon PLA+ and SV+) and TerrariaModder (a modding framework for Terraria 1.4.5) that have crossed 100,000 downloads. WorldSlate is his first commercial release; built as scaffolding for the in-progress survival game.

Is WorldSlate a game engine?

No. It is a 2D procedural world authoring tool that runs alongside Unity or Godot. The generator it produces ships inside games made in those engines.

Is it AI-driven?

No — pure deterministic procedural generation. Voronoi, Delaunay, splines, noise. Same seed plus same params equals byte-identical world, every time.

What do developers actually ship?

Readable source code. .gd files for Godot, .cs for Unity. This includes the world generator, the math library, and the runtime shell. No sealed binaries, no opaque DLLs.

What does the runtime shell include?

A pre-wired starter game — walkable player, chunk streaming, world map (Tab key), minimap with fog-of-war, zone flags, POI markers. The same kit in Unity and Godot, native to each.
